The order is as follows:
* Expansion Teams (by coin toss) * Non-Playoff Teams, Best by Owner * Playoff Teams, Best by Owner ^ * SFL Bowl Runner-Up * SFL Bowl Champion * Playoff Teams, Second-Best * Non-Playoff Teams, Second-Best ^ - determined by record, not playoff seed |
The SFL College Draft will take place over two days. Selections 1-8 will be made on Saturday. Selections 9-16 will be made on Sunday. An hour time limit per pick (once the owner on the clock has been notified by phone) will be enforced. After completion of that hour, the following pick will also be eligible to "race to the podium" to make their pick first. An hour time limit then is imposed for that selection and so on.

Rookies not selected in the SFL College Draft are eligible for signing on the day following the completion of the SFL College Draft at 8PM EDT only by text messaging the Commissioner
Individual player signings can be made once every ten minutes, per owner, beginning at the above time. |

| Players selected with a pick in draft are eligible for off-the-roster Rookie roster spot. The extra roster spot will last until the first week of the regular season where Bye Week roster spots begin. |
Rookies selected in this draft can appear in a team's regular season lineup provided that they are signed off of the Rookie roster spot to their regular roster prior to a given week of the season (by the earliest game played that week).

Players originally selected with a pick in this draft in non Re-Draft years are eligible to remain as a bonus keeper in the following Re-Draft under the following conditions:.
* They remained on the roster of the drafting club without ever being waived, traded, etc. * The organization's selection for the Top of the 3rd Round of that Re-Draft is in possession of the team and forfeited as a penalty. |
